Rugby Ons Services — Training Options for Every Level
At Rugby Ons, our services are built for real progress. Some players come to learn the basics from zero, others want sharper speed and stronger contact skills, and many want a plan that keeps them consistent all season. Below you can see what we offer and how each option helps you grow with confidence.
Group Rugby Training (All Levels) — €18 / session
This is our main weekly training format. You work on passing, catching, footwork, and decision-making through smart drills and small games. Coaches correct details in a friendly way, so you improve without feeling pressure. It is perfect if you want steady progress and a good team vibe.
Beginner Rugby Starter Program (4 Sessions) — €65
If you are new to rugby, this is the easiest way to start. We explain the basics clearly: how the game flows, safe body position, how to pass correctly, and how to move into space. The pace is comfortable, and you learn step by step, so you feel ready to join regular group sessions.
Skills Focus Session (Passing, Kicking, Handling) — €22 / session
A session for players who want extra detail. We work on technique under pressure: quick hands, accurate passing on the run, catching at speed, and basic kicking skills depending on your role. You get more repetitions and more direct coaching, which helps fix small mistakes fast.
Contact & Tackle Technique Clinic — €25 / session
Rugby is physical, so technique matters. In this clinic we teach safe tackling form, body height, shoulder placement, and controlled contact progressions. The goal is confidence and safety, not risky collisions. Great for players who feel unsure in contact moments or want cleaner technique.
Speed, Agility & Rugby Fitness — €20 / session
This service is for players who want to move faster and stay strong through matches. You train acceleration, changes of direction, core stability, and rugby-specific conditioning. It is not a random workout—everything is chosen to support rugby movement and reduce injury risk.
1-to-1 Personal Coaching — €55 / 60 minutes
Private coaching is the fastest way to improve specific skills. We build a personal plan based on your position and goals: tackling, passing, game movement, fitness, or confidence under pressure. You get full attention, clear feedback, and drills you can repeat on your own.
Small Group Coaching (2–4 players) — €35 / 60 minutes (total)
Bring friends or teammates and train together. Small groups allow more individual correction while keeping the energy of a team session. It is great for building combinations, support play, and communication, and it also makes training more fun and consistent.
Match Preparation Session — €28 / session
If you have a match coming, this session helps you feel ready. We focus on warm-up structure, game-speed drills, defensive line work, support lines, and quick decision-making. You leave with a clear plan and better match rhythm.
Monthly Training Membership — €69 / month
For players who want routine and better value, our membership gives you access to 8 group sessions per month. It is a simple way to stay consistent, keep improving, and feel part of the Rugby Ons community.
Team Training Package (Clubs & Groups) — from €120 / session
If your team wants structured coaching, we can run a full session focused on your goals: defense shape, breakdown work, attacking patterns, or set-piece basics. Price depends on group size and session focus, but the plan is always clear and match-oriented.
